FAQ:
1: the floor need additional power supply to offer power?
A: Yes the floor need additional power supply. The power supply input voltage is 110V-220V and output is 24V. the power supply need to purchase.

2: what about the controller? What is the difference?
A; We offer 3 kinds of controller. The basic model only can press controller button and change build in program. The mid-range model controller support DMX control function (please note the DMX function only can change the SD card program. It cannot change floor color directly). The high-end controller add the wireless function and can use remote controller to choose floor color or change program. 3 model controller price is different. Please note.

3：how much weight the floor support?
A: each floor support 300kg.

4: how to make IP65 waterproof effect floor?
A: We can change the floor base to Stainless steel base and add glue inside. The cost will increase 6USD/floor. Standard model not support put outside forever and no take it back.

5: what about the anti kick aluminum edge?
A: The edge have 2 size can choose, 50cm long and 100cm long. We also offer the plastic angle for the edge. If you need it please contact us and confirm the length you need.

6: what about the packing way?
A: standard packing way is carton box with foam. 2pcs floor packed by one carton box. Flight case 10in1 is optional.

7: how to send the floor?
A: We offer express way to send floor. Fedex/dhl/ups/TNT. Or you can choose send by sea. If need flight case, then only can choose send by sea. For the seashipping total cost please contact us firstly.
